Clubs
For organisers

Run the club by chatting with its assistant

Each club's AI assistant walks its organiser from a plan to a full room: it makes the plan with you, reviews it, writes the invitations, makes the invitation pictures and keeps this website up to date. You send the messages; it does the writing.

The steps

  1. Sign in to the club's assistant

Open the club's chat, tap Your conversations (the clock at the top), then Staff sign-in, and enter the code sent to your email. Executive AI Studio adds you as the club's organiser first.

  2. Make the plan

Say "let's make the plan". The assistant asks who the club is for, when and where it meets and how it runs, drafts the plan, and saves it when you reply save. Members see it at once, and so does this website within about ten minutes.

  3. Review it

Ask "review the plan". It checks the dates against holidays, the numbers, the venue, the time per meeting and the reminders, and suggests the fixes.

  4. Invite people

Ask for the invitations. You get a personal WhatsApp message, a group post, a status caption, an email and a short announcement, each with a link that opens WhatsApp with the message ready to send.

  5. Make the invitation pictures

Ask for a WhatsApp status, a square post or a printable poster. It is made from the saved facts in a minute or two.

  6. Write the club's web page

Tell the assistant what newcomers should know. It drafts the words, you reply save, and the page here changes.

  7. See who's coming

Ask "who has joined?" or "who is coming on Saturday?". After each meeting, it writes the thank-you message and moves the club on to the next date.

What the assistant can and cannot do

  • It saves only what you approve: every change to the plan is shown to you first and saved when you reply save.
  • It writes messages for you to send. It cannot message members, add them to a WhatsApp group or send reminders by itself.
  • It never invents a date, a place, a book, a song or a price: if you have not saved it, it says so.
  • Members' details from the forms go to the organiser only.
